"as" per your clinical history is concerned do take this medication as suggested by your doctor and there is no harm at all for her age. Do take it twice a day for 7 days. Add probiotics (vizylac caps) twice a day, do warm saline gargle every 3 hours for throat discomfort.

First of all we need to confirm diagnosis then we must know the cause of cellulitis then depending on area of cellulitis and other co morbidities we can treat only antibiotics not help much need a group of medicine for anti inflammation, analgesic, antibiotics and others with proper dressing so better consultant any dermatologist including me.

The dose of any antibiotics in children depends on weight of child and severity of illness.
Antibiotics are only useful in treating bacterial infection. Any antibiotic should only be started after conformation of bacterial infection and consent of your treating doctor.

I cannot find the composition of this product. It could be for increasing breast milk. There should be no harm in taking it along with other medicines. At best, you can keep a gap of 2 hours between their intake.
