Hello.
Lexcef contains cephalexin which is a cephalosporin and considered to be safe in pregnancy.
Instead of urikind sachet, I think it will be urikind km sachet which is again safe in pregnancy.
Don't worry, carry on with the treatment.

This 33 years old female presented with c/o fever 1 week, breathless weakness, loss of appetite 1 week, bp 110/70mmhg, p/r 1116/min, temp normal, cvs s1+s2 normal, chest right low air entry, cns cons & oriented. I am taking same dose since 29th feb 2020. Kindly guide me about dosage whether I have to reduce or take same dosage. Medicine details: rifampicin isoniazid pyrazinamide and ethambutol hydrochloride tablets ip forecox each film coated tablet contains: rifampicin ip 225 mg isoniazid ip 150 mg pyrazinamide ip 750 mg ethambutol hydrochloride ip 400 mg dosage: 2 tablets per day omez d omeprazole pyridoxine hydrochloride tablets ip 40 mg benadon.

ATT is usually taken for 6 months. After 2 months, pyrazinamide is stopped and other medications should be continued.
In your case case, i suggest you to repeat a CXR to look for the response and amount of remaining fluid. Also continue rifampicin, isoniazid and ethambutol for atleast 3 more months. You can stop pyrazimamide.

Give cephalexin powder in water 1gm per 50 birds for drinking. Use mercogyl plus in drinking water 1 gm per 50 birds. Repeat twice a day.
Stool test for coccidiosis. Urgent.

1 Drink plenty of water daily regularly. you should pass more than 1.2 liter urine daily.
2.Take one 250mg cephalexin capsule 2 hrs before sex.
3.pass urine immediately after sex
