Yea you take the tablets prescribed and also do follicular monitoring which will be more precise. When your tests are ok hope it is tubal test and husbands semen analysis as well.

No. It's very early to tell. If at all this cycle worked for you then you can only get to know around missed period by doing a home pregnancy test kit.

Hi doctor, I am 35 years old and I had irregular periods. Doctor suggested me to take letrozole tablet for infertility treatment. Usually I am getting my periods in 32-36 days of cycle. I had my last period on 23 may. After taking letrozole, I had started bleeding on 26 june (minimal bleeding when compare to other months) and I started to take letrozole from the second day of bleeding for the next cycle. But my bleeding not stopped even after 10 days and then I tested my pregnancy. It shows positive. No heart beat for the baby in 6.5 weeks and doctor prescribed me susten sr 300 and ecosprin 75 mg, and injection sifasi hp 5000 I u. Will repeat the scanning in 8 week. I read that having letrozole during pregnancy can stop developing process of a baby. Is there any hope left now?

Hi, yes there is good chance if you try on13th and 14th day. Provided other factors luke semen and tubes are normal.

Hi, 30 follicles is the total number but not dominant follicles
this month may be dominant follicle has not grown.

No. The dominant follicle has to reach the size of 18 to 20 mm by day 14. You are unlikely to ovulate during this cycle. You can try next cycle.

My question is that in letrozole prescribed patients do follicles still grow after taking hcg 5000 iu shot or they stop growing after hcg shot?

Whether you take clomiphene or letroz, follicular size can increase with hcg injection before it ovulates or ruptures

Hi,
after taking letroz tablets have to follicular scans from day 10. to track ovulation. try from day 10 to18. but follicular ultrasound will tell when youwill ovulate exactly.so youcan try on that day.
