Seasonal flu (common cold) is a viral infection. It normally takes 5-6 days & sometimes even longer to go away. Antibiotics have no effect on it. So, have patience. your child isn't a guinea pig, so don't keep changing antibiotics on your own. Contact a pediatrician if needed.

Bifilac sachet two at a time in mouth take it with water till stool subside. It's lactobacillus found in curd no harm safe no side effects.

Diet and lifestyle are as important as medicnes-
1) avoid tea, coffee, cold drinks, hot soups.
2) avoid fatty, oily and fatty meals.
3) take small meals at regular intervals (4-5 meals a day) rich in proteins and low in carbohydrates. Never take a heavy meal in one sitting.
4) drink plenty of water. Make a habit of drinking 2 glasses of water daily after getting up from bed.
5) no smoking/drinking.

2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

First of all, if you are using formula feed, you can try changing to low lactose formulas like simylac total comfort. Stop cloben g right now, as it's a very high potency steroid & might harm the child. Use barriers like vaseline jelly. Reduce the use of diaper & expose the effected areas to air. Use soft wipes & if using diaper, change it frequently. Consult online if needed.

You have not mentioned what medicine are you taking. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up).
