In case of dengue viral fever there is no role of antibiotic. And dolo is very bad brand according to my experience so many times patient compliance that temperature not reduce. Take only paracetamol other brand 650 mg 8 hourly and take aloe vera juice 30 ml tid to increase platelet.

Hi,
Drink plenty of fluids like water, tender coconut water, nimbu pani, buttermilk, ORS liquid, etc. Take tab, Kutaja 1tab thrice a day for 2-3 days. Be on bland diet and avoid spicy and oil fried food.
