For weight gain have frequent meals (every 2-3 hrs) including foods that re low in volume but high in energy & nutrient density- cheese, paneer, nut & fruit milkshake, oilseeds, whole egg, chicken, fish, soybean/tofu, premix, malt., fresh fruit juice (mango/bel), sugarcane juice. 2. Eat fast & in bigger utensils
3. Include nutrient & calorie dense foods low in volume like paneer paratha with chutney, dates almonds milkshake, peanut chikki, til ladoo, cow's milk with skim milk powder, premix with soup, egg curry + rice with ghee, cheese-potato sandwich, wheat malt with milk & sugar, fresh fruit juice, sugarcane juice. 4. Drink 3 litres water daily (but not with or just before a meal)more
