I think the paediatrician is right. If you still doubt get a 2nd opinion of another paediatrician and then decide what to do.

Dear,
Allergic rhinitis and asthma may not be fully cured but can be controlled easily by inhaled medicines . Most of the persons lead a good normal life . I don't know why you are not satisfied despite of treatment plz let me know the medication you are currently on.
You may undergo allergy testing at a good centre and if you are found allergic to one or two substances then may be helped by immunotherapy.
Best wishes

Yes you need to gain around 10 kgs. Eat at frequent intervals instead of having 3 main meals only. Including nutrient & calorie dense foods will help increase your weight. For example, banana/ mango milkshake, fruit juice, malted drinks, premix, nuts, oilseeds, dry fruits and cheese.

Use curd, lassi instead of milk as they are easy to digest than milk. But first get it tested whether you have lactose intolerance. If it is there then avoid all types of dairy products.

Do your hba1c. Hba1c will show you exact diabetes control. Fasting and post meals sugar will show particular day glucose reading. Fbs and ppbs is trailer of diabetes, hba1c is entire movie. Do your hba1c from srl or metropolis
and sometimes premix insulin aren't sufficient to control diabetes. Consult if you can.
