Improve personal hygiene
Bath twice daily
Wear fresh cloths after bath
Reduce inner wear to increase ventilation to that area

Hi , in order to prevent ringworm, you have to make sure that you wear dry clothes and decrease the sweating by staying under the fan or air conditioning most if the time. Moisture tends to attract ring worm. You can use" abzorb" powder, which is an antifungal powder and keeps a check on sweating.

If it is tinea infection it will be cured by Itraconazole .it might be different infection or you might have applied any steroid or moisturizer. Its better to consult Dermatologist near you for elaborated check up.
