Rheumatoid factor (ra factor) is not a diagnostic investigation of rheumatoid arthritis rather it has some prognostic importance. It might be increased in a normal person who doesn't have any signs & symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. It's very essential to know your symptoms before commenting to your medicines prescribed. It's better to consult a rheumatologist.

I don't see any rationale of using this combination at this stage. Some doctors are using it so it is better to enquire from your treating physician. His / her experience with this medicine may be good.

Hello, thanks for the query.
Madam, I have seen the details. Hyperprolactinemoa (high prolactin) levels tend to occur due to small adenomas (growth of prolactin producing cells in pituitary) treatment with cabergoline has to be continued for a fairly long time. If discontinued after a short duration, again the prolactin levels do go up. So please continue the advised dose. Thanks.

Ejection fraction is a measurement of the percentage of blood leaving your heart each time it contracts.

During each heartbeat pumping cycle, the heart contracts and relaxes. When your heart contracts, it ejects blood from the two pumping chambers (ventricles). The term "ejection fraction" refers to the percentage of blood that'...more
