Need all tests again. Get lft to rule out drug induced hepatitis if tests favours then medicine can be reduced and will need minimum of 6 months.

In fresh tb case rehz for first 2 months and then maintenance dose reh for n3xt 4 months in most cases if response to drugs good. Pt need review every 2 months.

ATT is usually taken for 6 months. After 2 months, pyrazinamide is stopped and other medications should be continued.
In your case case, i suggest you to repeat a CXR to look for the response and amount of remaining fluid. Also continue rifampicin, isoniazid and ethambutol for atleast 3 more months. You can stop pyrazimamide.

Medicine in quadmax is insufficient as per ypour weight. Need to take rifampicin/ isoniazid 450/300 and ethambutol 800 daily in continuation phase.

No. Kindly wait for few days. And start again. Isoniazid Nd rifampin regime is outdated. At present isoniazid Nd rifampin and ethambutol is considered. Nd infact pyrazinamide has less liver toxicity as compared to rifampin.

Few patient can have drug side effect. Get LFT and serum uric acid test done and consult your doctor as TB medicine needs reduction of dose at 2 months.
