you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. 1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n s...more

Hi back pain consist of two components - pain from the spine which can cause severe spasm which can aggravate the pain
muscudol has a muscle relaxant with paracetamol
muscudol is only advise if there is muscle spasm .it can make you tired during the day.
If your pain is not improved with diclofenac and there is spasm on the back muscodol can be taken .it is best used for short term severe pain.
