please have your cat seen by a vet.
in case the cat is diagnosed with rabies, you can take rabies immunoglobulins in addition to the vaccine already administered at the dose of 20IU/kg of human rabies immunoglobulins (HRIG).
actually vaccine starts acting after 7days and other measures are not required.
please get your cat vaccinated.

Detail description ofcats, incidences, actual descrption of wound is necessary. When you mean scratch as injury due to nails. Inj tt is more important. If it is bite meaning body fluid comming in contact with your blood. Rabies vaccine is considered. You have been advised full post exposure dosage of idrv injections. You have already taken all except last one. Now complete it as planned and happily relax. No necessity to take new course for every new scratch at least for one more year.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Rabies is not transmitted through water. It is transmitted through the bite of an infected animal, or from the infected animal's saliva getting onto broken skin or mucous membranes. The rabies virus is not able to cause disease unless it can get into a nerve cell and reach the brain by passing up along the nerves.
