This could be due to pathological reason like hyperthyroidism, sympathetic overactivity and can be physiological call as idiopathic hyperhidrosis. Get yourself screened up for thyroid test, blood pressure if everything comes out to be normal than consult a nearby dermatologist for hyperhidrosis.
