I need your detail history for better solution diagnosis & medicine. But still you start following
* take ajvayan & jeera 1 tsp each after each meal
* take ginger & turmeric before food
* take hot water
* quantity is much important, assume 4 part of your appetite & take food only 3 part of it
* avoid day sleep, stress, night awaking

Yes, take it only SOS, don't make it as a regular habit. Apart from that ice packs application can be given, and if you are better just follow proper warm up exercises and regular muscles strengthening exercises.

Paracetamol is better than aceclofenac.It causes less gastric irritation.Take one tablet of crocin 500mg sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily. You can have one tablet of rantac 150 mg twice daily before food

Hello. Lybrate user. The medications will give only temporary relief. I advice you to take an xray and follow up with the treatment plan regarding the pain with restoration or root canal treatment. Yes you can take pain killers like paracetamol. They are mild. But pain killers has to be avoided for 1 week atleast after vaccination. Consult a general physician about this. Thank you.

Alprazolam is a sleep inducing medicine and Aceclofenac is an analgesic. You should take these medicines according to your requirement. Anti-TB medication has no special relationship/ interaction with these.

it is safe to use Accelofenac but for prolong time its not good, you can take it thrice a week if its needed.

Dicyclomine is different from aceclofenac. Dicyclomine is antispasmodic whereas the diclofenac is an antiinflammtory pain killer
