The tablets mentioned are for increasing sperm count and quality. But these kind of drugs are more empirical. There is no hard clinical evidence to suggest that these drugs produce a definite benefit. Have got your sperms tested for number and quality? If not then better to get it done. Thanks.

Avoid to take any supplements. Try to loose weight with lifestyle and diet modification. Take small and frequent meal and include more of fresh fruit and vegetables .Include whole grains cereals in your diet. For a Shoulder injury spon50 and carni q are not required unless you are having arthritis. Please stop it. You can take mass supplement for gym work out. Please ask the doctor what are the uses of the medicine your taking before you start taking it. I explain to my patients what each medicine is for.
