Hi,
This is a very common situation in people suffering from Parkinsonism and you might be correct in assuming the symptoms of talking to herself are due to the medicines. Syndopa actually increases the dopamine levels in your brain which could lead to increase in symptoms like delusions and hallucinations. You are lucky and brave who has learned so much as to write so much so well. This is not usual with the patients suffering from cerebral palsy. Practice of yoga and meditation will certainly help you.
Kindly visit my channel drncgupta
me and my yoga and yoga simplified. It may reduce the dose of muscle relaxants you are taking.

Hello,
I suggest as the syndopa is causing worsening of the symptoms it is better to stop the medicine and and improve his anemia. If he has parkinsons disease syndopa willl definitely show some improvement and is not related to anemia. I suggest that you get his anemia treated and consult neurologist or mention his complete history to confirm parkinsons disease.

Urinary disturbance can occur in long standing parkinson's disease. And coexistence of prostratomegaly can increase the problem. But for this it needs to be determined whether enlarged prostrate is contributing towards the problem or not. For this adequate evaluation is needed as there problems can be treated with medication.

Hello,
one thing I can straight away tell you is that you are not having the disease your grandmother is having, she is having parkinsons disease and being give syndopa for same. Your symptoms have nothing to do with parkinsons disease.
I do not think that you need to go to neurologist at the moment, for the tingling and numbness you can take iron and vit b complex tablet and wait and see. It does not appear to be any serious neurologic disease, relax.

As you mentioned your father is taking ecosprin, it is highly recommended to get his imaging by ct scan or mri.
The medicines are safe but you need to check whether they are required or not.
Antibiotics are only required if there is obvious cut or open wound is present. I recommend for clinical examination of the patient.

Hi
I can understand your worry
with bypass and Parkinson's we need to see whether his brain is normal or not. So go for a MRI scan of Brain. Also, we need to see his memory and what are his thoughts, a history of how he has been since 2001. I think this would come up to diagnosis and then management of his condition.
Take care.

Your father seems to be in quite advanced stage of the disease. In this stage neuro-rehabilitation is very much warranted. If he has any mood issues, those need to be addressed. Kindly consult a good neuro-rehabilitation physician. At i-nk we have a good neuro-rehabilitation department.
