You can do Masturbation 2 times a week, more than this is harmful.
Daily Masturbation is definitely harmful for future married life.
Excessive masturbation can cause problems in bearing child.
It can cause erectile dysfunction,Early Ejaculation ,sperms count and size problem of penis and body weakness and memory problem also in the long run.

Hello lybrate-user. It's not cumpolsary that purgative create deficiency.
Our diet digest, become stool & clear, due to intestine movement. Long time use of purgative can decrease self movement. Also they don't let diet fully digest. So any deficiency can occur!
you can use haritaki or triphala on daily basis.

If you r married since more than a year with regular sex (3-4 times a week) that is the time you should seek medical help.

If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too.
