I advise to take these simple measures
1.take deworming agent like albendazole only 1 tablet in a month .not more than 1
2.try to stop oily ,spicy foods
3.well hydrate, eat lots of greens, take vit b12 and vit e which is antioxidant
4.take tablet drotin 40 mg only when ever you will spasms are occuring
5.inspite of these for 2 weeks ,if it persist try to take medications
rigafut 200 mg twice a day for 5 days
normaxin 2.5 mg twice daily for 5 days

If she is allergic to any vaccines taken in the past, she should absolutely avoid the vaccine. With these allergies she can go ahead. However she has to mention at the centre that she is allergic to these medications and foods. They will have to be on standby incase of an allergic reaction. Good luck. Dear lybrate user. You have to follow some basic things so that you get better results in a short period of time.. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day 2) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals. 3) dont drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal4) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods. 5) avoid late night sleeping habits 6) avoid coffee and tea. Dear parents, if your child is still having this problem and since more than 7 days despite of giving antibiotics, then you need to do some tests/investigations. You should consult nearby pediatrician and try another antibiotics (change antibiotics, and you need to limit lactose intake (milk and milk products, because after infective diarrhea, lactose intolerance is very common and it will worsen diarrhea.

Continue taking pantop d twice a day. If you are vomitting too much and getting dehydrated get admitted. Dehydrated means - lack of water in body as desired, and if you r passing less urine than before, darker in colour, feeling exhausted and tired, not able to eat and drink properly.
