Maintain proper personal hygiene and wear cotton loose garments as the accumulated sweat is harmful. Avoid irritants. This includes perfumes, fragranced soaps or moisturizers, and exposure to the the sun. Don't scratch as scratching causes further spreading to other areas.. Ointments/lotions give temporary relief. Homeopathy has durable treatment for your skin infection.. No side effects. Please consult through “lybrate text consult” for proper diagnosis, prescription and advice.Rs 149/

There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on nuts. Start out with a 30-minute walk daily. Once you start yourself on this lifestyle change you will suddenly notice weight shedding off. If you need me to help you out with customized online diet chart, please contact us directly.

407 is pretty high level of blood glucose. It is good, that now it is under control.
It is very common to have adjustment symptoms during these kind of phases where blood glucose fluctuates.
You should talk to your treating physician about your complaints.
He/she will look into the dosage of your current medicines.
You should also follow strictly the diet plan - time and quantity of food, as per your dietician/physician's suggestions.

Hello, thanks for the query.
However, the information given is too scanty to give any suggestion or advice. Please inform following details if you want appropriate advice: fasting, pp (after 2 hours), hba1c%, dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, bp readings and lipid profile. With a random reading there is no way to give any suggestion. Thanks.
