If it hasn't responded at all to Terbinafine (Lamifin) and Itraconazole, there is possibility that it may be something other than fungal infection. Please see a Skin specialist for the same rather than continue taking these medicines for such long durations.

Hi Dev...

The creams and all Anti fungal medicines are just temporary solution... And finally they will give you steroids or may have already been given... Which is very harmful...

Now what is the solution... Let me tell you the permanent solution is only possible with homoeopathic treatment with detailed case taking...and you should consult for that...

If you want to try then you may take
Dulcamara 200 one dose for 3 days...

Hello dear
tinea cruris can be really annoying. While your medical treatment is on point with sporanox etc. Might I suggest a couple of things
1) wear loose fitting clothes. No jeans and tights for 2-3 weeks
2) wash up atleast twice daily with antifungal soap
3) don't use wet towels
4) wash all linen in hot water and sun dry
5) treat and repeat steps 1-5 for all affected family members and close friends.
