Sporanox is a very good drug. Better to use that brand only. I usually give 100mg twice daily instead of 200 mg once, I would suggest you to take medicines as prescribed by your doctor.

I will suggest you to apply zole ointment at night over the lesion and apply candid powder in morning and follow up after two weeks

At bedtime wash the lesion with soap and water and apply micogel ointment for a month and take cp candiforce 200 mg at night for two weeks.

Sir please check with the dermatologist you have been seeing once. Coz In the condition tinea oral and topical medication is to be continued longer as the resistance against infection is increasing. And topical medicines continue for 6 months.
