No itraconazole or itaspor is for fungal infection.
Psoriasis is autoimmune disease. In allopathy mostly steroids are given for psoriasis. With steroids none of disease gets cured instead of after long use it gives side effects. If want permanent cure from psoriasis go for homeopathy. You need single constitutional medicine which will be given after taking your detailed history & need to find the cause of the disease. I must say go for Homoeoapthy. But it will take time to get cured & also d...more

No. Fungal infection or Ring worm. When occurs in groin, called as jock itch. Usually fungal infection is common in moist areas of body like skin folds. It's mostly circular or round in appearance. May be red or black in colour. Treatment depending on the type and severity. Avoid sharing clothes, towels and soap; sweating also increases it. As it has to be differentiated from eczema and infection, its a must to see and confirm the diagnosis for proper treatment. So, please send photos of the aff...more

Hello dear
tinea cruris can be really annoying. While your medical treatment is on point with sporanox etc. Might I suggest a couple of things
1) wear loose fitting clothes. No jeans and tights for 2-3 weeks
2) wash up atleast twice daily with antifungal soap
3) don't use wet towels
4) wash all linen in hot water and sun dry
5) treat and repeat steps 1-5 for all affected family members and close friends.

Hello,
it is not because of itraconazole. Since this medication was taken 2 years back and that to only for 7 days. There is very less chance to loss libido due this medication. Libido problems might be causing due to lot of factors. I would suggest you to consult a men's specialist or andrologist to find out the main reason behind your problem. Also its very important to maintain a healthy life style by proper exercise, eat fruits & vegetables, reduce social media usage, good sleep etc.

Hello Sir. If you have a fungal infection, then it is important to take certain suitable medicines orally as well as certain creams/lotions for application. Since you also have psoriasis, it is relatively rare to get both psoriasis and fungal infections together. And in addition, itraconazole (itaspor) has to been given in proper dosage, for the proper duration. It would be best to consult a certified dermatologist personally in your area and take the necessary treatment and follow the appropria...more
