Hello, wear loose cotton underclothes. Keep the private parts dry. Change underclothes regularly. It may be due to a fungal infection which thrives in hot, humid, wet environments. Apply k-z cream twice a day on itchy areas for 6 weeks. If no satisfactory improvement, please see a local dermatologist for further assessment.

If it is ringworm those creams will definitely help. The only precaution for permanent cure from ringworm is to see that the infected area is kept dry as the ringworm heals only if the lesion is kept dry. Presence of water helps in ringworm multiplication.

Wash the penis well, including the area under the foreskin in uncircumcised men.
Keep the area dry, since moisture in the genital area can lead to infections. Cornstarch powders during the summer may be helpful.

Hi lybrate-user,
it's really important to physically examine a condition like one you are suffering from. A dermatologist is expert in dealing with genital infection related issues. I urge you to kindly see a dermatologist in-person or change the one you are already following.

Hello-
Very commonly, men can develop problems in and around the foreskin or under that foreskin on the penis, called balinitis and that's just from chronic irritation. It could be a yeast infection. It could be that it got dry. Often times it could be a hygiene issue.
