Hello,
Please avoid using any kind of soap in and around genitals. You can use alkaline vaginal wash for the same, also keep teh local area dry and also get your partner checked for infection.

It could be due to fungal Infection 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply candid powder in the affected area 4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one
6.Maintain personal hygiene

it is called as pruritis vulvae. For your information it is a symptom present in many diseases, it is not a disease.
In such cases we need to find out the reason for itching like, fungal infection, bacterial infection, eczema, ringworm, irritation of sanitary pads, chemical irritants etc. And it needs to be found out how it has been started. Simply taking antihistamines, antibiotics, using creams, washes doesn’t help you out.
