It could be due to fungal Infection 1. Apply panderm plus ointment twice daily for (1-2 week) 2. Take one tablet of levocetrizine (5 mg) at bed time if itching is severe
3.Thoroughly dry the area after taking bath and keep it dry and sweat free. Apply candid powder in the affected area 4.Use loose cotton under wear instead of tight synthetic one
5. Change the under wear daily and use clean and washed one

Yes, you can use luliconazole but take Onabet cream which contains sertaconazole 2% instead. And continue the Candid TV lotion. Apply it 15 minutes before your bath and then wash it off. Stop prednisolone for now.

Scars/ Spots in Chest Xray appear in most patients of Pulmonary Tuberculosis, even after complete recovery.
In time these spots may fade or become small, but it doesn't mean that the person still has Active Tuberculosis.
