Hello Lybrate user, most of the time a white patch on your skin could be just dryness related, sun damage or a fungal infection. Make sure to moisturise well, sun protection with a cap or helmet and if a fungal infection was suspected I would go in for a plain clotrimazole cream rather than the combination. Hope I answered your question. T.c.

Hi. There are many homeopathy medicines which give great permanent relief in balanitis / balanoposthitis / infected head of penis. However, the correct choice and the resulting relief is a matter of experience and right judgment on the part of the doctor. The treatment is decided after thorough case taking of the patient.

You can try the following remedies to get rid of the infection: 1.Apply over-the-counter antifungal cream, powder, or spray to the affected area - our best options include Lamisil, Lotrimin Ultra, and/or Naftin. These are more expensive, but they will get rid of jock itch fast...more

Hello.

As you are using Candid b and Panderm ointment, it's a fungal infection and not an allergy!

For fungal infection, take homoeopathic medicine - Schwabe's Tellurium 30/ thrice daily for 2 weeks.

Avoid wearing any wet clothes, prefer cotton clothes, keep the area dry and clean. Never use others towels or clothes as well as don't share yours with others.

In fact skin infection happens due to dryness of skin along with internal heat in body.
You need to keep your skin well moisturised with natural materials.
Do apply fresh milk cream on skin. Take just 2 to 3 drops of fresh milk cream and apply it on the entire infected area every morning and evening. Also, take a small slice of cucumber, put a few drops of fresh lemon juice on it and rub it on the entire affected area with it before you wash the skin. Use glycerin soap or glycerin honey ...more
