Hello, Thanks for the query.
Tablet Glynase MF contains Glibeclamide an earlier sulfonylurea and Glycomet GP contains Glimiperide. Both are different. Can not be just replaced one for another. You have to talk to your doctor about the dosage when change is being made. Thanks.

If pain has increased we may have to know what has caused increase in pain as painkillers may mask the actual cause and it would be troublesome to manage the cause if it gets complicated coz of masking the cause. You might need a color doppler to know functioning of veins
regarding the dicloran gel usage we may need additional information like are there any ulcers at the let. Is there redness change in colour of skin before using the gel as skin would be very sensitive in these conditions.more

you are very right about normal range of tsh levels. At 8.5 milli units/ml, with normal t4, the condition is classified as sub- clinical hypothyroidism. This normally is not treated with any drugs. It is not a good substitute as piz mf contains two medicines-pioglitazone 7.5 mg and metformin 500 mg while Glycomet contains only one-metformin 500 mg in sustained release form.
