PCOS is quiet common now. your back pain should not be having any correlation with your drug. You must start with vitamin d and calcium supplementation along with back strengthening exercises. Do it for two weeks most of your back pain should go by then. If it doesn't either book online appointment or meet any local orthopaedic surgeon. I hope that helps.

It may not be carbegoline induced. Psychosis can relapse after few months, if medications are stopped. She needs to be treated again with antipsychotics and if carbegoline is essential, continued along with it. Good luck
