Sir by mistake I had take 12 GM of paracetamol calpol and having vomiting since two days. What precaution should I take.

Paracetamol over dosage is hepatotoxic ( toxic for the liver ) and as you are vomiting you need to show urgently to a well equipped intensive care hospital and get necessary help.

No you need not take anything before vaccination. In case after vaccination you feel pain or body ache you can take any Paracetamol 650mg tablet like Crocin 650, Calpol 650, Dolo 650 etc. Crocin 650 is definitely a good Option because it releases paracetamol faster in blood which will give fast relief

Dear paracetamol is good to reduce fever you need to eat every four to six hours after meals for 3-5 days. Complete dose is important.

Fever from yesterday means about 24 hours. Have patience and faith in your physician. The medicines you informed are right and the results take a little time to show. Do not panic and keep in touch of your doctor if symptoms aggravate or something new creeps in.

Health Query

My baby is 20 days old. She has fever from 2 days and CRP is positive with 8 mg/l. What does it mean. Doctor told there is some infection. What kind of infection it will be? Is this serious or ok? Using medicines fepanil drops and macpod 50 drops. Temperature is 100 degrees 2 days back and now it's getting down if paracetamol drops were given for every 7 hours. Will she be ok within few days?

CRP is a non specific test and doesn't specify any infection.
Second.
Paracetamol is not the treatment for fever. It just reduces the temperature for few hours.
Repeating too often is dangerous.
My suggestion is to take homoeopathic treatment.

You may give paracetamol about 60 mg but I suggest to consult pediatrician to ascertain cause of fever and accordingly treatment since small babies are more prone to become serious.
