You're right. Derifyllin does lead to increase in heart beat but difficult breathing by not taking Derifyllin will also increase the heart beat
Not much effects on blood pressure though breathing with difficulty will lead to higher bp
Take a mild sedative but not anti anxiety agent like alprozalam
Calmpose tablet should help you cope with both problems related to heart and lungs
