Side effects are
addiction
negative feelings surface making a person suicidal
calmpose is a safer option
at 20, avoid any anti anxiety or sleeping tablets.
Read books, watch less violence on tv, do positive fruitful activities & avoid negative people.
Take a glass of warm milk with a spoon of honey in it.
Listening to soothing music helps.
Good luck.
Do write back in case any doubts remain to be answered.

The fix: Drugs that stop dizziness by suppressing signals from the vestibular system, such as Ativan (lorazepam) and Valium (diazepam), as well as antinausea drugs like Antivert (meclizine). Acyclovir, which helps suppress herpes outbreaks, may also help.

In anxious women some sedatives like i/v calmpose injections are given or a short anesthesia. The test is not painful, rather an awake woman tells us about shoulder pain when dye is injected (good positive sign) but we take no chances as an anxious woman can move while doing the test. It takes less than 5 minutes to inject the dye through mouth of uterus with the help of a tiny but special pipe & radiologist clicks pictures from abdomen to see the dribbling dye if tubes are open. Good luck.

Dear lybrate-user,
Alcohol withdrawal symptoms starts within 6-8 hours of stopping alcohol. They can be treated effectively with calmpose kind of tablets and vitamins, if it is not complicated. Complicated withdrawal needs further treatment.
Usually withdrawal is not more than 10-14 days. But you seem to be having depressive disorder in addition to alcohol withdrawal. Both should be treated simultaneously.
Nice to know that your liver is stabilising. Even after knowing it, if you are...more

• Valerian helps people fall asleep faster without the “hangover” affect of some sleeping pills. It binds to the same receptors in the brain that tranquilizers such as diazepam bind to. Take two capsules of valerian root an hour before bed.

• Take 4,000 to 8,000 milligrams of dried passionflower capsules. Passionflower is widely used as a mild herbal sedative.
