Hello lybrate-user. I do not find any problem in that but would have been better had you discussed this issue with your trwating physician. What you can do is first stop thinking about it. Go to bed relaxed and only when you feel sleepy. Do not 'try' to sleep but let sleep come to you.in case you have problem you can take clonazepam on as-and-when required basis. Best luck thanks.

Dear Ms. Lybrate-User, any medication which is not required can be very dangerous, especially in pregnancy.
It would be advisable to use all medicines after consultation with your doctor.
Deaxnol has a life of 24 hours ad after that the drug will leave your body, so you need not worry.
Kindly consult a pulmonologist for the "breathlessness issue"
wishing you good health.

Dear , you must be able to distinguish between mental disease and mental disorder. Your problem is a mental disorder. Not a mental disease. These mental disorders are usually treated with a combination of medicines and other means like awareness, meditation, psychotherapy techniques, life style changes etc. I think two or three counseling sessions and psycho therapy techniques should solve your problem.
