You can try to stop the medicine, you may have sleep disturbance for a few days after stopping, but it usually settles down. Medication for depression is usually given for 6-12 months, after which it needs to be tapered and stopped. Please follow basic sleep hygiene techniques if you have sleep disturbance.

Dear user. Glossophobia or speech anxiety is the fear of public speaking or of speaking in general. Various treatment options are available to treat glossophobia. Certain drugs such as beta blockers may be used to help people relax before speaking in public. Complementary therapies such as hypnosis, meditation or psychotherapy can be quite beneficial in helping you to overcome glossophobia. I suggest online counseling and hypnotherapy. Take care.

As per your symptoms, I seems very likely that you are suffering from depression anxiety disorder and possibly panic attacks. As any heart condition has already been ruled out in your case, my suggestion is that you visit a psychiatrist at the earliest. A psychiatrist can treat your problem effectively. Panic attacks and anxiety symptoms are extremely common and can improve rapidly with the right treatment. Hope this helps.
