Hi lybrate-user, your complains of leg pain and numbness might be due to some nerve compression due to a slipped disc. These are not related to vit or calcium deficiency. I will need some more info to tell you what is the reason for your leg pain. Its better to do an mri ls spine to rule out slipped disc. Also, better to consult an orthopaedician if the complains become severe.

well first of all taking calcium tablets has nothing to do with union of fracture. secondly radiographic union takes almost a year. initially union is assessed clinically and that has to be correlated with xrays

1) Do massage with warm sesame oil or suitable oil for 15 min., afterwards take hot fomentation for 10 min.
2) Start natural calcium supplement.
3) Do regular stretching exercise
4) In yoga DO BHUJANGASAN, HALASAN & SURYANAMASKAR.
LIFE-STYLE CORRECTION
1) Correct your sitting posture.
2) Take small pillow or back rest for lower back.
3) Foot should rest to floor easily.
4) Take small break after 1 hr & walk few steps.
5) Do neck & upper back extension,
