yes. Levels are low. Initially you have to start with injection or medications till levels normalize. Then with the healthy eating habits you have to maintain it.

Daily recommended dose is 400 iu so if 1 ml contains 800 iu then dose will be 0.5 ml 1 ml = 20 drops so 0.5 ml = 10 drops you can give it 0.5 ml = 10 drops once daily dose schedule or you can give it 0.25 ml = 5 drops two times per day schedule.

For vitamin d levels as low as 4, I would suggest arachitol injection of 6 lac units taken once every 15 days for 3 cycles. Follow up with the satchet later on. Also take diet consisting of ragi, fruits, milk and milk products. Add some regular exercise.

Hello,
It should be consumed once a week for 3-4 months as advised by the doctor. Check your levels after that if you no longer are in the deficient range stop taking tablets if not consult respective doctor for further medication.

Hello lybrate-user! you have to take two times a week if it is prescribed for 1 month.
Or if you are prescribed this syrup for 3 months than you have to take two times a week for 1 month, and 1 time a week for 2 months.
