Hello Mr. Kiran

Ideally for a tennis elbow we suggest patients to use tennis elbow splint along with anti-inflammatory.
A 6 week regime along with physiotherapy is the primary treatment.
If not resolved, local steroid shot at the tender site is the next option.

Hope this is helpful.

The key is to eat in moderation at regular intervals, and not to starve yourself. Start your day with a good and healthy breakfast like a cereal and milk combination for e. G oats/ dalia porridge with low fat milk or curd. Between your lunch and breakfast you can have a light mid-morning snack, i. E, a fruit perhaps, and follow this by a balanced meal in moderate quantity for lunch. Have plenty of vegetables which will keep you full and cut down on the amount of rice/ chapatis that you are havin...more

Dear friend, it's good that you want to do something for fitness, but alas, This is very wrong approach towards fitness. You have to be fit to play any game. You can't become fit by playing game. It increases chances of injury. We call people like you - weekend warriors. You have highest chances of sports injuries. Instead of weekend bonanza, you should spare some time regularly. Even 20 minutes daily or alternate day will be sufficient!

Yes, high intake of calcium can cause kidney stones. Replace calcium carbonate by calcium citrate as it is more bioavailable, that is more easily absorbed by the body.

Also increase your water intake (5-6 litres).
