Daily recommended dose is 400 iu so if 1 ml contains 800 iu then dose will be 0.5 ml 1 ml = 20 drops so 0.5 ml = 10 drops you can give it 0.5 ml = 10 drops once daily dose schedule or you can give it 0.25 ml = 5 drops two times per day schedule.

Hi,
Basically both the medicines contain calcium and Vit D. But Supracal contains minerals like magnesium and zinc along with calcium and Vit D. If your requirement is only calcium, then the generic medicine can be taken.

You need to rule out reasons for deficiency first. Most often deficiency is due to poor lifestyle.
Please assess your diet and activity and stress triggers. Medication will not help in isolation. If you don't pay attention to diet and lifestyle even if the levels get corrected you can get a relapse later.

Hello,

The patient needs to take the sachet early morning with a cup of warm milk without sugar. He needs to take all the sachets on the same day of the week and same timings. Do not consume it with tea/coffee.

your left shoulder pain in the morning is probably due to periarthritis of the shoulder a common problem in diabetes. Maintain your blood sugars under good control. Use volini spray twice daily on left shoulder, use hot wate rfomentation 15 min later and then do gentle exercises of the left shoulder to improve movements at the joint
