This is a protocol rarely followed by Indian practitioners that when a patient gives history of any major short or long term illness, he/ she must consult the respected physician to proceed with the invasive procedures like Extraction, RCT, Implant, surgical grafting, cyst and tumor removal etc. If your father's cardiologist suggests for dental procedures to be carried out, risk of future complications will be reduced drastically.

Calaptin sr is very mild medicine. Your bp likely to soon become even higher with this change. Meet a md physician Dr. and ask him about adding a mild diuretic like hctz 12.5 on alternate days to your previous medicine.
Calf pain may be poor diet or some medicine dide effect like statin etc.
Be willing to take traditional health foods like nuts dairy and poultry. For good health one should reduce sugar jaggery, not traditional foods.
