Asked for male, 34 years old from Pune

I have been having itching sensations on my body (Hands, legs, neck, groins, scalp) for more than a month now. I had visited a MD (physician) who had recommended Allegra for 5 days and a cream to apply. 5 more allegra on sos. After 5 days I had to take the SOS allegra and then after that I have gotten used to it. If I don't take it for couple of days itching starts back. But a friend has recommended not to take it anymore. I have stopped it for 3-4 days but the itching sometimes is unbearable. Please advise next step. I am confused which doctor or which kind of treatment will be useful.

Health Query

Recently, I have been scratching my neck, wrist, forearm areas much enough that it has some weird marks on it. I went to the doctor to what they said is because of summers. Actually, I drink black coffee twice a day, go to yoga at 4 afternoon. Which they said has made my body so like this. And they suggested me a soap to use, some lotions, some tablets which I have been eating for a week now. And I stopped having hot coffee, instead I drink cold coffee now. I stopped doing yoga. Which is difficult for me as I have been doing yoga for last 2 years. And the scratching got minimum and so did the marks. But yesterday when I had hot coffee again, the scratching started and now I am stuck to what should I do and what doctor to visit. Now went to a new one, they gave me two tablets of fluconazole tablets ip to eat after 4 days gap. And also a lotion to put twice a day called caladryl. Will try these two. Or please if you can suggest me what to do and what not to.

Recently I have been scratching all my neck, wrist and forearm area much enough that now I see some marks on it. I am 23, I use to go to yoga and have black coffee twice a day till my doctor suggested me to not do both. As they told the reason of scratching is summers. So I left going yoga and drinking coffee. Now I do drink cold coffee since last two weeks. Changed my soap to what doctor suggested me. Had some tablets called edirox 150 with ebastine tablets ip in morning and ailment 5 at night. It did get better till yesterday when I had black coffee again. Now I am back to where I started, scratching again. Now the doctor gave me two tablets of flumet-200 to have with 4 days gap between two tablets. Also to use a lotion called caladryl twice a day. Please help me get rid of this as soon as possible.
