You can use Adapelene gel for acne or black heads. Use it at night. I would recommend a good sunscreen with minimum spf30 during day time

By doing what like walking, exertion- itching increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time it remains?

First of all. Always consult to a dermatologist for any skin condition like you go to a cardiologist for you heart condition. Treatment was wrong. And over prescription was done.
Use 1.syntran cap. 100 mg. Bd for 3 weeks.
2.tab dazit 5 mmg. Bd pc for 2 weeks.
3.lulifin cream. Bd for three weeks.(morning plus evening)
4.terbinafine cream .bd for three weeks.(noon and night)
use one extra weeks to avoid recurrent infection.
