You can use permethrin 5%lotion at bed time from neck to toe, tab bandy plus one tab once in a week for four such, salsia kt soap for bath.

Chicken pox takes 7-10 days to recover. Take adequate rest. If itching, caladryl lotion locally can be applied.
Drink plenty of liquids. Eat healthy diet. If fever, take crocin 500mg for it. Don't scratch the scabs.
