Well madam, can u kindly explain about the previous history of ur pet dog, like any heart problems, or some other infections, we should first know the source of infection causing the cough, if we treat the source of cause only cough won't reoccur, or else if we simply give some cough syrups, the cough may reoccur once again after a week or so,

in that case first wash the wound with any soap containing carbolic acid. may be the bitten dog suffer from rabies.Carbolic acid destroy virus. Dont apply ointment .If it is cut it needs stitiching. Then give antibiotics like ceftriaxone, painkillers like meloxicam and apetizers so that conditions will improve quickly

Buddy! spine should always be operated under a spine surgeon and never a neurosurgeon!
looking at the prescription, I think you take a second opinion, fever after dural leak is not a good sign. Start iv ceftriaxone 1gm twice daily and get a second opinion asap! and stay away from neurosurgeons for spine surgery. Orthopedic spine surgeons are better at skills and surgical indications!
