Yes, it is safe to take both tablets even during your periods.

You need to take these tablets to get your levels under control. Once your thyroid and prolactin levels come under control you have good chance of conception unless you have any other problem.

Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist.

You can start trying to get pregnant after you stop taking novelon. If your cycles are regular then you can try for pregnancy by having sex between Day 10 to day 18 of the period. If your cycles are not regular then suggest consulting a Fertility expert. Good luck.
