Hi, Lybrate user, no idea about ayurvedic treatment. But for heavy periods and clots take tranexa mf twice to thrice a day for five days. Also start tablet yasmin once a day for 21 days and then a give a gap of 7 days. Then again start a pack of yasmin for 21 days and repeat this for six cycles.

I have seen the details mentioned & understand your concern. In hypothyroidism as well as in increased prolactin levels hair fall is observed. Once the levels return to normal hair fall tends reduce. But it takes much longer to have that effect. So you will have to continue with the current treatment. Regarding cabergolin dosage do talk to the endocrinologist who has advised about it, whether to continue or not. But levothyroxine needs to be continued for life time. Tha...more
