In one hand you are taking lactation suppression agent and another hand you are continuously feeding. If you are taking caberlin properly, you can't produce milk. So decide beforehand whether you are willing to continue or discontinue breast feeding. If continue your medication, you will dry out (no lactation). I couldn't understand your question.
