Hi,
It is due to urinary tract infection. Get a routine urine examination done and revert back with the reports. Drink plenty of fluids like water, tender coconut water, barley water, fresh fruit juices, etc. Take tab. Neeri 2 tab 3 times a day and tab. Shankha vati 1 tab 3 times a day. Avoid hot and spicy food, oil fried food, chats and namkeens.

Avoid dust by using face masks..
You can use levocetrizine 10mg in the night but it would be temporary relief..
It's better to consult an allergist to see what exactly you're allergic to...
Also consult an ENT specialist once for examination to rule out DNS, and other abnormalities

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

Citrus fruits are not that healthy with this medicine. There is no harm if you are taking it under guidance and with a recommendation of doctor. Excess of course is not healthy. It is effective in anxiety too and another problems, better to take the ideal dosology.

Do you have bleeding from any other sites.

-Your problem could be due your medication
- have meals on time, avoid fried, spicy & junk food, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large ones, chew your food well, do not lye down for atleast one hour after meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime
-have 7-8 glasses of water for proper digestion
-get gi endoscopy done to find out any problem in GI TRACT , consult a doctor.
