May be due to IFA defficiency. Take IFA tab one tab once daily after meal for three months. Take ashokarist 3tsf BDPC for three months. Its a very good uterine tonic.

You can start with antioxidants. One good option in such conditions is a chewable tablet called Spage. There are some antioxidant based ointments like Curenext too that help. You can use mouthrinses like Tantum for pain relief before meals. But I would suggest you see a proper specialist for this because it could even be an early sign of conditions like OSMF, and only once we see you will we be able to make proper diagnoses.

Hello.

Gently move the razor on these areas.

Medication:
Start immediately with homoeopathic medication - Sulphur 200/ one dose daily in the morning for a week and 10 drops of Arnica Montana Q in 1/2 cup of water and apply on the face on the beard and the mustache area with a cotton swab. Then use the razor. Repeat the above process every 3rd day for few months.

Also take a multivitamin Follihair/ 1 tablet daily for 3 months.

Apply the mixture on your face and neck. Leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes and then wash it off with water. Do this daily to improve your skin tone and complexion. You can also add a little lemon juice and some oatmeal to yogurt to make a thick paste, and apply it as a face mask
Grind the tomatoes to get the pulp.
Add honey to this.
Apply this tomato mask to your skin.
Wait for about 20 minutes.
Now wash off using warm water and then cool water.
Moisturize you skin.
