C Kof 4 Mg/10 Mg Syrup is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of histamine in the body. It is used to treat dry cough.

You are advised to not use this medication if you are allergic to it or if you are taking or have taken sodium oxybate, furazolidone or a monoamine oxidase inhibitor within the last 14 days. Before using this drug, inform your doctor if you have breathing problems, glaucoma, heart problems, liver disease, high blood pressure, seizures, overactive thyroid, stomach problems or urination problems.

Some of the side effects include dizziness, confusion, anxiety, constipation, nausea, restlessness, blurred vision, dry mouth, decreased coordination, irritability, shallow breathing, hallucinations, tinnitus, problems with memory or concentration and trouble urinating.

This medication is usually recommended only for a short time until your symptoms are cleared. Do not take it for longer than 7 days in a row.
