3ml is sufficient at the interval of 6 hours but not more than that...
Another piece of advise.. the paracetamol only reduces temperature.. of the body but never cure fever.. plus it has many side effects including liver damage if used too often...
So it is better to take proper treatment preferrably homoeopathic..
You may give him.. Arsenic Alb 30 tds of one day..

Overdose of anything can be potentially damaging. When we talk of vitamins, the water soluble vitamins B and C are excreted in urine when taken in larger than required quantities, but fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K are stored in liver and are not excretedin urine. Their overdosage does cause toxicity hence any intake in excess of required quantity is not recommended.
