Diabetes patients can take 60-90 ml/day. But if the patient has central obesity (excess fat deposition around the abdomen) then better take only occasionally. If you consume alcohol regularly then get your blood Triglycerides levels checked regularly (once in 4-6 months) since alcohol can cause high blood Triglycerides causing fluctuations in your blood glucose level.

If you are a regular drinker, motivational therapy with a trained psychotherapist or a psychiatrist and enormous will power will help you quit. If you are a diseased drinker, consult a de addiction psychiatrist at the earliest. He may give you anti-craving medications and de addiction treatment. It may involve getting admitted to a deaddiction unit for 15-30 days.

100 ml seems ok but you need to properly dilute the same in water.
And also take proper food stuff along with the drink as if taken without food or snacks or taken neat can severely affect years body.
Ideal way would be to take a drink once in a week or monthly 4 times.

Dear Amamdeep,
You can take alcohol after 26 hours after nicip plus.
But, why do you need alcohol if your pain is relieved by nicip plus? Stopping alcohol has many health benefits in the long run.
Doctors will help you in controlling withdrawal symptoms, anti craving tablets, etc, if you need them.

Drinking beer is not bad. But it is not good also.
There are many healthy drinks and food for the same cost of beer that you can take
once in 2 weeks.
