Treatment for Fungal Infection:-Stop all other applications. Cap. Itraconazole (Itrasys/ Canditral) 100 mg twice daily for 2 weeks. Sertacide Cream for application once daily for 1 month. Sebifin cream once daily for 1 month Tab. Fexova 180 mg (if required in case of itching) The treatment has to be complete otherwise the condition will recur. Blood Test- Blood Sugar Fasting & PP. Serum Insulin Fasting and PP.
Better to show directly for correct diagnosis .Pictures can be misleading.

Sorry to know that you are still suffering for last two years. But what puzzles me more is you mentioned your condition as morphea but treatment that you took has nothing to do in morphea. So I think you need a re-assessment. Since you are under treatment from a dermatologist I feel that you may have two condition co; existing. But that could certainly be said only after consultation and examination. So please visit a dermatologist again either in person or online.

Hello lybrate-user,
scalp fungal infection need oral antifungal along with lotion and shampoo as it is deep infection which does not respond to only creams or lotions. Outer border is active border of fungus and it spreads from there scratching can spread fungal infection to nails. However for proper diagnosis and treatment prescription I would like to see clear pictures showing affected areas. Hello lybrate-user, thank you for your question but please understand fungal infection is not something that can be dealt with quickly. Your skin needs time to heal make sure you continuously use your antifungal creams along with the oral medications. Do these things more cautiously when on your period.
